• The page or web address involved, or the child's page name.
• What you would like changed, hidden, or removed.
• Your relationship to the child or to the information, so we can confirm the request.
• The best email address to reply to.

Please do not send medical records, financial details, or anything sensitive that we did not ask for.

We acknowledge privacy requests within 10 business days and tell you what we can do. If a request involves a page created without a parent's consent, or content that could put someone at risk, we unpublish the content first and sort out the details afterward.

• Sign in to the family dashboard to edit, pause, or unpublish your child's page yourself.
• Use the export tool to download a copy of your page content before removing it.
• Use the report link on any page to flag a memory or photo for staff review.
